Image Armor CLEANING Solution 1 Gallon
This is a reformulation of the original "Viper Anti-Venom" cleaning and maintenance solutions. It has been formulated to be used for both internal AND external cleaning of DTG pretreatment residues.
This cleaning solution is recommended to be used for performing regular maintenance clean-out routines in the Viper XPT-6000 Automatic Pretreating Machine (besides distilled water) and the ViperONE. This chemical will keep your Viper Pretreating machine functioning correctly and will breakdown deposits of the active polymer solids used in pretreat solutions. Image Armor Cleaning Solution will clean all inner systems including pumps, solenoid valves, fittings, tubes and spray nozzles.
The purpose of this chemical is to break down the pretreatment ingredient that creates nozzle tip clogs and clears the "plaque type" buildup in system tubes and fittings. This is also used to clean all surfaces that have pretreatment residue. This solution should be used in the same way that either the Anti-Venom Maintenance Solution, or the Anti-Venom Spray-n-Wipe is used. Failure to perform regularly scheduled system cleanings, may cause sporadic inconsistencies in spray patterns and machine performance.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE IN THE VIPER XPT-6000:
The Image Armor Cleaning Solution is designed to be re-circulated through your Viper XPT-6000 via the H2O Fluid IN and OUT ports. It is highly suggested that you utilize a separate container as your re-circulation fluid holder.
- Empty the Viper of pretreatment by running a Fluid Empty routine per on screen instructions.
- Place the water IN and OUT fluid lines into the container of Image Armor Cleaning Solution.
- Run a Fluid FILL routine as per the Viper instructions.
- To fully clean and maintain the Viper, run 3-5 cycles of the fluid FILL routine as per Step 3 above.
- Empty the Image Armor Cleaning Solution by running a Fluid Empty routine.
- Place the water IN line back into a clean container of distilled water.
- Place the water OUT line back into your waste water container.
- Run two Fluid FILL routines per the Viper instructions using distilled water to remove the residue of the Image Armor Cleaning Solution from lines, pump and spray heads.
- Empty the water from the Viper using the Fluid EMPTY routine on the Viper.
- You are ready to re-introduce pretreatment into the Viper and start pretreating.
